Qmee

I've had a qmee account for a while now and wanted to build my funds up a little before cashing out, now that I have a pretty good amount it won't let me link my PayPal. Keeps saying it's not fully verified. I tried everything I feel like also making a new one and still I can't get it to work. What the eff am I doing wrong ?
