I was wondering if anyone had a fully verified PayPal account with no money(ok if it does, I won’t use it) so I could link it to my Qmee account and cash out gift cards

Qmee only lets you cash out 5$ unless you link a fully verified paypal account. I wouldn’t use any money from it, I wouldn’t use it all(besides linking it).
