I had opened an account, connected a verified PayPal, withdrawn 20+ worth giftcards, then suddenly there were no surveys, Literally none. I have contacted the support, but they said my account was on investigation 2/3 days back. Since then I have heard nothing from them. Has anyone been in the same situation? Is it permanent? Or they can re-activate my account?
