Research studies through Qmee??

So the other day I did a survey and at the end they asked if I’d want to participate in a online study dec 15, at 12-1 (today). I participated and they said they would pay everyone $20 in 4-6 weeks. Has anyone ever done one of these that asked you to participate at the end of your survey? Do they actually pay?
