Qmee and iPoll just died for me?

Hello, so like I was doing surveys on iPoll and when I finished a survey they all just dissapeared, every single one. Same thing with qmee except if I use socks5 on I see like 5 surveys, I live in California and they have strict privacy laws so I’m wondering if some new law in California pass or something or are surveys just slow?
