Qmee Website and App is saying that “Cashout to a new PayPal account is temporarily disabled due to recent account activity. Please check your email for any actions you need to take to enable cashouts to a new PayPal account.” When i haven’t added a new PayPal acount?

Has anyone else had this issue before? Never changed my PayPal account and Qmee is playing up? What's the deal? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
