Suspicious Qmee survey

I just did a 1 minute Qmee survey that only consisted of a question saying something along the lines of "a famous British firm is suggesting highly paid daily surveys, are you interested?". I clicked yes because I was sort of on autopilot and the next question said "great. Join here [hyperlinked]". I clicked on the link but nothing happened and then I quickly clicked next and it took me back to the main Qmee page and gave me 34p. This was fishy and I'm worried about what clicking it did? I was able to get back to the page and look at the URL but I was too afraid to try to open it again. I can't seem to report this survey as I've completed and been paid for it. Should I be concerned?
