Possible to use QMEE extension and Swagbucks search at the same time?

I wonder if, once defaulting my browser search to Swagbucks search, if I also have the QMEE extensions, will the latter give me points? Can I stack the two extensions? Has anybody done it? I asked on /r/qmee but I didn't get a definitive answer. Thanks.
