How does redeeming gaming cashback work with Qmee?

I've been doing Qmee surveys for a while now, and just started trying out their iOS gaming rewards. I've completed the Scatter Slots criteria for payment, but not sure what to do from there. Will it automatically check somehow since I downloaded the app through their affiliate link originally? When I click on the game in within the Qmee iOS app now, it goes to a page that only says "game already downloaded".
