Qmee is a survey site with no minimum cashout! It's far from perfect and you get screened out a lot but I think it's worth signing up for and using if you have any spare moments.
As well as surveys, they have a cashback section on the site. It's always worth comparing the rates with those on other cashback sites before making purchases.
Cashout is via PayPal, gift cards or a donation to charity.
They currently have a referral programme where the referrer can either get £1, share £1 with the referred friend or the referred friend gets £1. I went for the share £1 option so we'll get 50p each on your first cashout by PayPal or gift card if you use my referral link!
