QMEE support

I've work on QMEE for just a short time…and about a week ago I stopped getting surveys. I tried to cash out, and I get an error that I must contact support. It seems my account is locked.

I'm pretty sure I mistakenly tried to do a survey while connected to my work VPN. I know to disconnect it before using QMEE…but I think I may have forgot once. Regardless, it seems they should be able to reactive my account, at least so I can cash out.

I've emailed support twice…and haven't gotten any response. Does any every have any luck getting a response from them?
