Qmee is a survey app which pays out instantly, has no minimum withdrawal, and withdraws instantly to paypal.
I have made over £100 in two months by checking it everyday and cherry picking the surveys that pay the best. You do get screened out sometimes but if you have done most of the survey they pay you about 60% of it regardless.
