Where are all the Qmee a d Attapoll surveys?

Qmee and Attapoll are 2 of my go 2 sites if I need quick cash with their instant cash outs. All day today Qmee has been out of surveys. Attapoll's site is full of surveys when I log on, I try to take one, get denied then when I get back to the survey page they are all gone! What's going on?
