Qmee saying PayPal cashout temporarily disabled

Qmee have been great. Then all sudden Monday I had that dreaded error… 'Cash out to new PayPal account is temporarily disabled due to the recent activity. Please check your email for any actions you need to take to enable cashouts to a new PayPal account'

I've not had another PayPal and haven't tried adding a new. So what does this exactly mean. Because I can still take surveys and see plenty of them, but cashouts which are important part are not working. Anyone had this problem and how long it took to sort from start to finish??
