Qmee and PayPal. Just what is happening

Okay…. Creating another one cause me confused with the many others circulating. What is going on with Qmee? I recently signed up to them just after New Year, so been with them about month now, just over. Not had any issues, instant pay outs, good number of surveys then suddenly over past 4/5 days I'm seeing people having issues with pay out. Qmee themselves are saying payouts may take up to an hr but majority will be instant. In saying that I've seen people here and on their socials complaining that pay outs are stuck on pending for more then that hr, some being 10hrs…. 18hrs and some going into the 24hr mark. So clearly something seriously going wrong here and it's been ongoing for best part of 5 days. Thankfully me haven't had issue cashing out. I've made about 3 since the issue appeared and all of them was instant bar one which was 5mins from cash out to it getting to PayPal. I'm lucky one. So trying to figure out just what is happened and if its isolating to people from certain countries and so on.

Any ideas just what's going on? Has this happened previously with Qmee? Was curious if this issue has happened previously, I've not been with them long so wondering if anyone has send this issue before with them in past.

In recent email from them Qmee told me of you make multiple cash outs within short space, they may take longer to process… Could this be adding to the issues. Thoughts guys on what the heck is going on at qmee???
