Paypal and Qmee the plot thickens

Wonder what has happened between paypal and Qmee. We now have this update on Facebook.

" To keep PayPal cashouts free for you, it may take longer to process them now – they won't always be instant. This is because we have so many users, & so many cashouts to send to PayPal, it can take them longer to process everything.
Your rewards should still arrive in your PayPal account within an hour but don't panic if you don't see them immediately – it can sometimes take longer (up to 48 hours, but that's rare). Some cashouts happen quickly, others can take a while – it depends when you cashout & how many times you're choosing to cash out (the more cashouts, the longer they'll take).
Your rewards will be on their way to you – only email our Support team if you still can't see them 48 hours after cashing out."
