Serious issues at the Qmee??

The last 3wks at Qmee have been bad. Very bad. I've noticed the support takes longer to reply whereas before I'd get reply within 48hrs. Not only that, more declines then ever before, plus crappy paying surveys. Not only that, but reviews on Trust Pilot seem dodgy. There are loads from people that are addressed only as 'Customer' and one bad review thinks that the many positive reviews are coming from Qmee themselves. Usually I brush this off, but seems to be having many issues lately. Plus the technical issues atm with daily poll not going up. Starting to think Qmee are in trouble and won't be around much longer.
