Qmee is in my opinion the best survey site after prolific. There is no minimum cashout, and you can cashout to paypal instantly.
They have recently been getting more surveys above £2 for 10-15 minutes which has improved the site even more. In general higher paid surveys seem to be becoming more common.
If you cherry pick surveys throughout the day you can easily make £4-5 a day without too much effort.
