How to contact Qmee?

How the hell do you get ahold of Qmee customer service? Besides telling them whether a surveys is good or bad?

I’ve had so many failed surveys it’s starting to get super frustrating, not getting paid for the time I put in. I’ve tried emailing them numerous times, even started taking screenshots at the end of every survey, but they never get back to me.

It’s almost to the point of where is it really worth it trying to communicate with these guys to resolve the problem, it’s almost like they just don’t care, but I really want to track one of these guys down and ask what the fuck is going on. It’s so annoying, most of this is for my lunch money so not getting paid $2.00 for survey is starting to get to me 😡
