Is it my imagination or is Qmee ripping us off by showing one dollar amount when you start a survey but then rewarding you a lower amount when you complete it?

I ask because I swear I started a $1.75 survey yet only got 58 cents. That wasn't a bonus but the amount they claim the survey was worth. Is it just me?
