Qmee is not giving me surveys

I’ve been trying to contact support for a while now about qmee. It for some reason is not sending me any surveys I’ve tried on a vpn off a vpn on an ad blocker on 4 different wifi and data but no surveys will load. I was about to give up until I asked a friend to log in on my phone, and it worked. Qmee is not second surveys only on my account. Why?
