About filing a lawsuit against Qmee

This website has been allowing data theft to happen. There is an agreement that you supply your time and personal data for a price for many of the surveys, but it often results of declines at the end of them with no compensation and they keep everything you gave them. So they wasted your time and STOLE your personal information they have on you and market research data.

This is the equivelant of hiring someone for a job such as painting a house, and they do it correctly, but they don't get paid at the end because their service is "declined" .

Seriously considering filing a lawsuit, whether I can afford it or not, I do not care, I don't care if it would ruin my life. This has to be something that sets an example for survey providers. I saw someone saying here that they do this because they just assume nobody would take legal action due to finances, but meh, I am weighing it anyways. I have a kid to feed and am struggling but someone needs to have the balls to set an example no matter the consequences that scare everyone else off.
