Qmee not showing my streak on app

UK user. I've been using qmee for about a year now and have pretty consistently had the streak on (where you get a little extra bump on the payout from surveys). The last few days I've noticed when I go on my app, the streak has just completely disappeared from the top of my app screen.

I've reached out to support and am still waiting to hear back. Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue. Google isn't really giving me anything helpful. I keep forgetting to check my desktop version D:
