Update on filing a lawsuit against Qmee

I have a 7 year old girl and am a single father, am struggling but I do not care. I don't care if she gets taken away or we end up on the streets if my suit fails, this matters way more than me or her. Someone has to be strong. I am throwing as much of my savings and pay into this as I need to.

This is about making a statement and not being a scared person that is afraid of these things, because that's what they expect to PREVENT people from taking action.

So this website knows data theft is happening, they know the hours, upon hours of time people waste for promised pay, only to be declined at the end of 20 minute surveys. They admit it themselves via their PR team. Which I captured evidence of.

Let's put this into perspective, you see something that is promising x pay for x amount of time. So you complete the whole project in that amount of time, the company that is offering this pay and time is looking for a service from you. Do you know what the definition of this is? A JOB, you complete a JOB completely, as asked for but they don't PAY – any reasonable person would sue someone hiring you for a job and they decide not to pay at the end because they feel like "declining" your service.

I have recorded hours of screen capture footage of me completing surveys as exactly asked for, but only to be declined upon completion. I have screenshots of my time spent in a survey that exactly match up with the alloted time before you click on it, because Qmee shows you how much time you spent on a survey. I also have evidence of my profile matching up with my answers. I literally have all the evidence on what is going on.

Fuck my daughter and fuck whatever may happen, someone needs to not be a coward and do this.
