Do I have pay taxes on gift cards from Rewards Program‘s like Qmee or instagc and my survey websites I go to and my rewards apps taxable?

I do a lot of rewards programs and surveys places to get Amazon gift cards and more I was wondering do I have to pay taxes and I do direct deposit some times for like $50 if I have to and I’m unemployed and that’s my income right now is gift cards and maybe a direct deposit right now is all this stuff taxed or not
