What the hell is wrong with qmee customer support

So I had an issue with my account right sent in an email 3 days ago. They get back to me today asking for info to verify me, I email them back in 3 minutes, they then take 5 hours to send me an email asking for more info, so once again I respond instantly and they don’t reply for another 5 hours. So I send another email telling them to let me know everything they need so we can get it sorted without more waiting. And then the guy instantly replies with “H thank you” so he’s obviously on all day but just not responding to me request and now he’s angry too for some reason. What a twat. Guess my account is not getting unlocked
