4 days ago I emailed Qmee why dont I have any surveys. They replied they will need to pass this over to the tech team to investigate – they'll be in touch as soon as they hear back from them. They just got back to me today,
'Hi there,
We've had some feedback from our survey partners, and they've let us know that your account has been suspended by them due to poor survey practices.
These could include but are not limited to the following reasons:
- Inconsistencies in your survey responses
- Inconsistencies in your survey profile
- Speeding through survey
- Straight lining (providing identical/similar responses to every question in the survey)
- False geographic location
Any balance on the account was accrued during periods of use where we have identified fraudulent activity, they are not valid and are unable to be redeemed.
Sadly, as our survey partners set up and run all the surveys available on Qmee, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this.'
Idk what can be done now. Any advice please?
