Do you use sites other than Qmee?

I've been using Qmee for a couple years without any problems but this week my account just locked up saying there was a 'problem with my account'. I'm waiting to hear back from customer support but it sounds like this is usually the start of a ban.

I haven't done anything different other than recently downloading another cash app that also has surveys. Would using more than one at the same time be against the TC?
