Do I have to pay taxes on Qmee if this is my only income?

Since July of 2022 I've made over $400 on Qmee. I'm pretty upset because I lost $200 of those dollars to a scammer that stole the money from my PayPal (which I had to shut down). Since I lost most of my money I wanted to try to make it back. But since I've made $400, I'm wondering if I'm eventually gonna have to deal with taxes if I keep making more money with Qmee.

Basically my question is, how much would I have to make on Qmee to have to pay taxes on it? And again, keep in mind that this is my only income and I don't make any money from any other sources.
