Is Qmee down? or an issue on my end?

I just started using Qmee about 2 days ago, it quickly became my favourite survey app and i’ve managed to cash out around £5 already. today I tried cashing out to my paypal and it told me an error occurred and i’m getting no surveys, is this an issue on my end or theirs?

EDIT: i’m now currently getting the “there seems to be an issue with your account” screen. I’ve only just made this account, haven’t sped through any surveys and been honest in all my answers, surely this isn’t my problem?
