Qmee Support

Here’s what /u/Gr1nch5 has to say about it:

Anyone else having issues with the fact when you contact support these days they do several things:

1) Claim they're extremely busy, they've claimed this for several years now and admitted their userbase has grown but apparently are yet to bother hiring anymore staff to account for this. The 72 hour response time is abysmal. Given by that time most surveys that have issues are then auto declined by the provider.

2) When they do finally respond to support emails. They clearly haven't read a word of what was said by the user and respond with obviously copy pasted generic templated replies.

3) Following on from number 2. I received a URL upon completing a survey recently that states both completion and reward amount AND that it was declined by the provider, despite having got the full reward amount.

4) Claiming because of previous flags, I will see a full screen of surveys, attempt a single one and have over a dozen up and disappear. While I can understand surveys fill up, there is no way in hell every single one filled at exactly the same time for them all to vanish as they have all to frequently done in recent months.

5) On top of all that, when they do send a non copy paste reply, it has a general air of "I'm superior to you" and has a patronising tone.

6) While it's clear the majority of everyone else posting on social media are receiving partial rewards. I haven't received any partial rewards for well over two years. Yet they claim I should be but won't investigate as to why I am not and instantly blame years old flags as the reason?!?

I have used Qmee for around a decade now. While I appreciate I have flags from some providers (From years ago) they blame this for the lack of surveys. Alongside the supposed "survey shortage" yet no other panel has a shortage? (Maybe that speaks volumes on providers wanting to do business with Qmee at this point.)

Anyone else noticed the rapid decline in quality of service received? Shame as it used to be a great site to earn some supplemental income via.

Over the decade I've used them for I've earned nearly £4k. So it shows they where once providing better service than they are now. My average monthly earnings have dropped from 100+ down to 40 if I'm incredibly lucky.
